Prices are for 2 persons per day with types A, B, C and D, for 4 persons with type E. Every additional person is charged with 8,- per day. Children under 6 years are free.
Dogs are charged with 6.- per day. The final cleaning is
30,- for one-room flats and 40.- for two-room flats. We also offer interim cleaning at 20,- for one-room flats and 30,- for two-room flats. All other fees (VAT 10%, visitors tax, floor- and wallheating, electricity) are included.
On the day of arrival the flat will be ready from 2 p.m..On the day of departure we ask you to vaccate your flat before 10 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Sundays and festive days.
Upon your booking we ask a confirmation fee of 200,- . On
cash payments we grant a discount of 1,5%. On stays of 21 or more days we grant a flat price discount of 3%. Credit cards (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD) accepted. Please note that on late arrivals or premature departures the days must be charged.
On cancellations we charge, 28 days prior, 3 days and at later cancellations 100% of the flat price. We advise you make a reverse booking insurance (form available at our premisses).
The non-smoking rule applies to flats and the interior of the house.
Free internet access. Every flat is equipped with a DSL-internet access over LAN (eable) with http, email and ftp (passive) services. We also have an internet point in the
lounge.
