What you should know

 

The apartment rates are valid for 2 persons.
For each additional person we charge €18 per day.
Children under 2 years stay free of charge.

Dogs are welcome upon request. For each pet we charge €12 per day.

A one-time final cleaning fee applies: €60 for the two-room apartment and €50 for the one-room apartment.
For an intermediate cleaning we charge €50 for the two-room apartment and €40 for the one-room apartment.

Our breakfast basket is available only upon pre-order and suitable for 2–3 persons. The price is €40.

From the age of 14, a local tourist tax of €3.80 per person per night will be charged.

Possible VAT changes will be applied.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and in all indoor areas of the house. Wi-Fi access is free of charge.

For a binding reservation we kindly ask for a 30 % deposit.

• Up 2026 for direct bookings of 14 nights or more we do not charge a final cleaning fee.
• Up 2026 for direct bookings of 21 nights or more, one night will not be charged.

Check-in times: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Outside these times, please notify us by phone or electronically.
Check-out times: 8:00 am to 10:00 am.

Reception hours: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

Cancellation conditions:

Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the days. For cancellations we charge the deposit until the 30th day before departure and 100% later.

Travel Cancellation Insurance:

Something can happen before the start of your trip, but with our travel cancellation insurance you are financially covered. If you have to cancel a booked stay late or not at all, or if you have to leave early, cancellation fees will be charged according to EU standards.

In order to keep you free of any expenses in such cases, we are happy to offer you a low-cost travel cancellation insurance (cancellation protection). This means that, according to European guidelines, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.

You can take out the travel cancellation insurance directly through us by bank transfer.

If you would like to take out our travel cancellation cover, contact us and we will tell you the amount. Then you can transfer the money to us with the deposit and we will take out the insurance for you. Just give us the full names of the travellers. Thank you very much.

All completed insurance documents will then be sent back to you by e-mail.
