Minimum stay of 4 days and in high season 7 days.

The apartment prices are for 2 people per day.

Children under 2 years old are free of charge.

Dog: €12 per day.

From the age of 14, a local tourist tax of €3.80 per person per night will be charged.

Final cleaning: €50.

For a binding reservation we kindly ask for a 30 % deposit.

For direct bookings of 14 nights or more we do not charge a final cleaning fee.

For direct bookings of 21 nights or more, one night will not be charged.

 

Cancellation conditions:

Please note that on late arrivals or premature departures the days must be charged. On cancellations we charge, 28 days prior, 3 days and at later cancellations 100% of the flat price. Do you want a trip cancellation and interruption insurance? Then we recommend the HGV cancellation cover.
This cover also includes additional benefits such as the delayed journey to your holiday location through no fault of your own (e.g. car break-down). Read more here.
