We have a minimum stay of 4 days and 7 days in high season.
The flat price is for 2 persons per day.
Dogs are welcome on request. We charge 10,00 € per day.
From 01.01.24 for all persons over 14 years a local tax of 3,80 € per day will be charged.
For the final cleaning we charge 40,00 €.
When booking, we ask for a deposit for confirmation.
Cancellation policy:
Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the days. For cancellations we charge the deposit until the 28th day before departure and 100% later.
Cancellation policy:
Something can happen before the start of your trip, with our travel cancellation insurance you are financially covered. If you have to cancel a booked stay late or not at all, or if you have to leave early, cancellation fees will be charged according to EU standards.
In order to keep you free of any expenses in such cases, we are happy to offer you a low-cost travel cancellation insurance (cancellation protection). This means that, according to European guidelines, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
You can take out the travel cancellation insurance directly through us by bank transfer.
If you would like to take out our travel cancellation cover, contact us and we will tell you the amount. Then you can transfer the money to us with the deposit and we will take out the insurance for you. Just give us the full names of the travellers. Thank you very much.
All completed insurance documents will then be sent back to you by e-mail.

For a binding reservation we kindly ask for a 30 % deposit.
For direct bookings of 14 nights or more we do not charge a final cleaning fee.
For direct bookings of 21 nights or more, one night will not be charged.
Cancellation conditions:
Please note that on late arrivals or premature departures the days must be charged. On cancellations we charge, 28 days prior, 3 days and at later cancellations 100% of the flat price. Do you want a trip cancellation and interruption insurance? Then we recommend the HGV cancellation cover.
